Review Season F.Z.E is a web design studio based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what information we collect when you start a website project with us, how we use it, where it is stored, and the choices you have about it. It applies to the information you share through this website and any project brief you send us.
Information we collect
When you start a website project, you may share your name, email address, company, budget range and project details. We collect only what we need to scope and quote your web design project. If you contact us on WhatsApp, the message you send is handled by your WhatsApp account under its own terms. We may also collect limited analytics about how visitors use this website, such as pages viewed and general location by country, to understand which content is useful.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your brief, prepare a proposal, deliver the website you commission, and provide support while we work together. We may use it to answer your questions and to send you information about your specific project. We never sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Our lawful basis
We process the information you send us because you have asked us to prepare a proposal and deliver a project — that is, we rely on the steps you take to start a project with us. We keep basic contact details so we can reply to you and keep your project on track.
Where your data is stored
Submissions are stored by the platform that hosts this website, under that platform’s own data-processing terms. We choose infrastructure that protects information in transit and at rest. We do not transfer your information for any purpose beyond delivering and supporting your website project.
How long we keep it
We retain project briefs and related correspondence for as long as we need to deliver and support your website, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle any follow-up questions. When you ask, we will remove information that is no longer needed.
Keeping it secure
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share. Access is limited to the people who need it to deliver your project. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.
Sharing and sub-processors
We share information only with the services that host this website and process the contact form, and only to the extent needed to operate the site and respond to you. We may disclose information where required by UAE law or a binding authority request. We do not sell personal information under any circumstances.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information you shared, ask us to correct it, ask us to limit how we use it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw any consent you gave at any time, and object to processing for direct follow-up. To exercise any of these, email privacy@reviewseason.ae and we will act within the statutory period.
Cookies
This website may use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and to measure how the site is used. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Where cookies that are not strictly necessary are used, we ask for your consent before they are set.
Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults who start website projects. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date above and, where a change materially affects you, we will let you know. Continued use of this website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
