Terms of service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms set out how we work with you when you commission a website from Review Season F.Z.E, a web design studio based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. By starting a project, you agree to them. We design and build websites — new builds and redesigns — and nothing in these terms covers any other service.
About these terms
These terms apply to every web design project we deliver. When you accept a proposal, that proposal and these terms together form our agreement. If anything in a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal takes precedence for that project.
The service
Review Season F.Z.E designs and builds websites. Every engagement is for web design — a new website or a redesign of an existing one — delivered to the scope we agree in your project proposal. We do not provide services outside web design, and our work is limited to what is described in your proposal.
Starting a project
A project begins when you share a brief and we respond with a proposal. The proposal sets out the scope, the pages and features, the timeline and the price. Work starts once you accept the proposal in writing and the agreed deposit is received. Until then, either side may walk away without obligation.
Quotes and payment
A proposal sets the scope, timeline, price and payment schedule. Fees are billed in the currency stated in your proposal. A deposit is required to begin work, and further payments are due at the milestones set out in the proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, the final balance is due before the website is launched.
Timeline and delivery
Timelines in a proposal are estimates based on the scope and on timely input from you. We will keep you informed of progress and of anything that may affect the schedule. If delays are caused by changes to the scope or by late materials or approvals, we will let you know and agree a revised approach.
Your responsibilities
You provide brand assets, content direction and timely feedback, and you confirm that anything you supply is yours to use or is properly licensed. Delays in supplying materials or approvals can shift the timeline, and we will keep you informed if they do. You are responsible for the accuracy of any content you approve.
Revisions and approvals
We refine the design with you until you are happy to approve it. The number of revision rounds and what counts as a revision are set out in your proposal. Work that falls outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. We go live only after your written approval.
Ownership and intellectual property
On full payment, the finished website and its design are yours to use. Until full payment is made, we retain ownership of the design and any unpaid work. Where we use our own pre-existing tools, components or methods, those remain ours and you receive a licence to use them as part of your website. Third-party materials, where any apply, are licensed under their own terms.
Third-party materials and accounts
Where your website uses third-party services, hosting, or accounts, you are responsible for the fees and terms of those services unless we agree otherwise in your proposal. We will guide you through setup where it is part of the agreed scope.
Confidentiality
We treat the information you share as confidential and use it only to deliver your project. We expect you to do the same with any proprietary methods or materials we share with you during the work.
Warranties
We warrant that our work will be delivered with reasonable skill and care and will broadly match the proposal. This warranty does not cover problems caused by changes you make after launch, by third-party services, or by content you supply. We will fix issues reported within the support period set out in your proposal at no extra cost.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from third-party services or content you supply.
Termination
Either side may end the agreement if the other materially breaches these terms and does not fix the breach within a reasonable period. If a project ends partway through, you pay for the work completed up to that point, and we hand over what has been paid for.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute we cannot resolve together will be handled in the courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates. We will always try to resolve concerns directly with you first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date above. The terms that apply to your project are those in force when you accept your proposal.
