A portfolio that projects scale and precision before the meeting.
Ortina is an architecture practice whose work outpaced its presence. The old portfolio undersold the scale; the practice wanted a site that won the pitch before the first call.

The brief
What the client came with
Ortina is an architecture practice whose work outpaced its presence. The old portfolio undersold the scale; the practice wanted a site that won the pitch before the first call.
The challenge
The design problem to solve
Present thirty-two projects of real spatial ambition without flattening them into a grid of thumbnails. The work needed room, and the practice needed a lead.
The approach
Research, wireframes, style
Research
We audited which projects opened conversations and which closed them, then weighted the portfolio toward the openings.
Wireframes
A full-bleed project flow where each piece gets a fold to itself, framed and captioned like a spread.
Style exploration
Neo-retro: rounded cards, badge accents and sticker-like tags in cream and red with vintage pastel notes.
The build
Key screens, responsive, motion
Key screens
Home, studio, projects index, project detail and contact — thirty-two project templates from one system.
Responsive
Full-bleed imagery reflows to a contained frame on tablet so the captions stay legible at every width.
Motion
Bouncy easing and sticker-pop hovers — character without compromising the precision the practice is hired for.
The redesign

In their words
“A rare team that thinks in conversion, not just pixels.”
Takeaways
What we'd keep
- 01Weighting the portfolio toward winning work changed the calibre of inbound briefs.
- 02Full-bleed framing gave each project the room it deserved.
- 03The redesign set the tone for the practice's own pitch decks.
